Your use of Nonnabook is governed by these terms and by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Questions: support@nonnabook.com.
The service
Nonnabook lets you save, organise, plan and cook recipes. Some features need an internet connection; we make reasonable efforts to keep them running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Nonna+ subscription
Nonna+ is a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically and is charged to your Apple account unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings › Subscriptions. Refunds are decided by Apple. "Unlimited" is subject to fair use meant to prevent automated abuse.
Your content
The recipes, photos and notes you save belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and show them to you, and on share pages to anyone who has the link.
Other people's content and copyright
- Import is for personal use. A recipe saved from a website or social network is kept with a link to its source.
- Only share as a web page recipes that are yours or that you may share. Share pages credit the source when it is known.
- Rights holders can request removal at support@nonnabook.com. We remove infringing content within 3 business days and block repeat infringers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to publish unlawful, abusive or infringing content, to work around usage limits, or to access our servers other than through the app.
AI and nutrition
Smart import, translation, the nonna's answers, menu planning and nutrition values are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Check amounts, temperatures, allergens and kosher status before cooking. Nutrition values are estimates, not medical or dietary advice. Kosher labels are a helper, not a kashrut certificate.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last twelve months.
Ending and changes
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We update these terms when needed; the date above marks the version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
